Mr. Ozgun Unver 

FOUNDER & CEO

With over two decades of culinary leadership spanning three countries, Mr. Ozgun Unver holds exceptional expertise in Mediterranean cuisine as both a practicing chef and distinguished culinary instructor and educator.

His extensive teaching experience includes lecturer and instructor positions at multiple universities where he taught specialized courses ranging from basic kitchen techniques to advanced Mediterranean regional cuisines. 

As co-owner and chef of a successful restaurant in Massachusetts, he developed comprehensive culinary standards while supervising kitchen operations and product development.

Ozgun's consulting work for prominent establishments in Europe and the United States has established him as an authority on Mediterranean culinary traditions, positioning him uniquely to lead this premier culinary academy.
