Mr. Ozgun Unver 

 

Founder & CEO

 

Mr. Ozgun Unver is the CEO and and Head Consultant of Mediterranean Epicurean Masterclass and is an experienced chef, instructor, and lecturer. Mr. Unver spent ten years in various professional chef positions with restaurants in Turkey and France while beginning to teach courses in Mediterranean cuisine as an Executive Chef Instructor with the Conservatory Of Mediterranean Cuisines in Turkey in 2009. From 2011 onwards, he was an Instructor Chef for OKSEM Istanbul, Okan University, Antalya Bilim University, and Antalya Akev University as well as an expert consultant for several restaurants. He moved to the US in 2019 to launch Thornton's Restaurant in Boston, a successful enterprise with American, Mediterranean, and European influences.
